Flat rate support plan pricing can significantly reduce your IT expense. We provide 3 types of support plans, Standard, Premium, Premium Plus to fit your IT budget requirement. We do not believe in long term contract therefore the support plans are month-to-month. If you are not completely satisfy with our service you can terminate the service anytime with a written notice.

Set-Up and/or On-Going Services
Speedway Technologies first familiarizes itself with your business environment (including conversations with you and your staff) in order to determine your Internet Technology start-up needs / or service your already existing operation. We will provide start-up and/or timely ongoing reports as to the workings of your installation which will identify possible problem issues along with solutions. If everything is working well, we’ll also let you know.

We offer two types of services: hourly or flat rate…and we’re quite competitive. Needless to say, flat rate support plans can significantly reduce your cost of support and maintenance services. We offer three types of ongoing support plans: Standard, Premium and Premium Plus. Details will be provided upon request.

Please be aware that we do not believe in long-term contracts. Rather, we prefer month-to-month agreements which allow you to continue our service if you are completely pleased, or terminate our service in the unlikelihood that you find our service wanting.

Our office is located in Santa Monica conveniently near the 10 freeways allowing us fast access to anywhere in the greater Los Angeles area. We use DOD rated 256-bit AES encryption secure remote access to monitor, troubleshoot your systems. In addition, we also schedule regular office maintenance visits for our clients, as well as come onsite for urgent IT matters that cannot be solved remotely.
